SEVEN-010 Hot Temptation with Mao Hamasaki

Mao Hamasaki, known affectionately as “Hamao,” is a well-known figure in the adult entertainment industry, recognized for her intense and passionate performances. Recently, I had the opportunity to meet her during an event in Osaka, where she was showcasing her talents.

As an assistant photographer based in Osaka, my role involves capturing candid moments around the city with my camera. On this particular day, I found myself wandering through Dotonbori, one of Osaka’s most vibrant and bustling areas. It was there that I came across Hamao; it seemed she had been invited to participate in an event that day.

After the event concluded, we struck up a conversation, and given the time before her next engagement—a Shinkansen journey—I proposed taking her on a food tour of Osaka. She graciously accepted, and what followed was a delightful exploration through some of Osaka’s most popular culinary hotspots.

Our journey took us to several renowned restaurants where Hamao enjoyed traditional Osaka cuisine, including takoyaki and okonomiyaki. The atmosphere was relaxed yet intriguing, with Hamao sharing stories about her career and experiences in the industry. Her warmth and genuine interest in exploring local culture made for a memorable experience that transcended professional boundaries.
